List spaces separately
Record each terrace, dining area, pool deck and garden with intended use, approximate footprint, target quantity and required delivery window. Different zones need different furniture responses.
Request comparable information
For every shortlisted model, request dimensions, frame and surface materials, finish options, cushion construction and care guidance. Ask whether the quoted configuration is the same one shown in the image. Confirm samples, packing, lead times and delivery terms.
Approve one schedule
Let design review appearance, operations test cleaning and handling, and purchasing compare the quoted scope. Maintain one approved schedule of model IDs, finishes and quantities before production.
