What can be customized?
We can customize dimensions, materials, colors, configurations and other visible aspects of the product. Share your requirements when requesting a quote so we can confirm the details.
Is there a minimum order quantity? Can products be mixed in one container?
There is no minimum order quantity. Different products can be mixed in a full container.
What are the sample and bulk order lead times?
Samples are ready within 7 days, and bulk orders are dispatched within 22 days. Both periods are calculated from receipt of the deposit.
Which trade terms do you support?
We support DDP, DDU, CIF, FOB and FCA terms. Please tell us your destination and preferred term when requesting a quote.
Where do you export, and how are products packed?
We mainly export to coastal countries and cities in Europe, the Americas and Australia. All products have customized carton packaging.
How can I obtain product reports and certificates?
Request the relevant product reports and certificates when you send us an inquiry, and we will provide the applicable documents.
Are the products prepared for coastal outdoor conditions?
All products receive protective pretreatment for salt spray, sun exposure and rain.
What warranty and replacement parts do you offer?
Damage not caused by human actions is covered by a free one-year warranty. For accidental human-caused damage, replacement parts are available at cost price for the lifetime of the product.
Do all models use the same materials?
No. Materials depend on the model and component. Each product page lists its supplied materials and dimensions. For example, SN-TY01 has a polypropylene (PP) frame and Textilene mesh. Check the selected model and confirm any requested material changes in your quotation.
What should I include in a project inquiry?
Include the product model numbers, quantities, destination, intended use and requested dimensions, materials, colors and configuration. If you are selecting a mixed container, list each model and quantity. Ask for the applicable product reports and certificates with your inquiry.
