How to Plan Shade with Outdoor Parasols
Consider the changing sun, canopy footprint and staff operation.

Watch the sun over time
A noon plan does not show breakfast or late-afternoon shade. Observe the site during the hours guests actually use it, then position parasols without unnecessarily blocking key views.
Check the whole footprint
The open canopy, base and rotation path all need space. Confirm model dimensions, mounting method and operating clearance. Follow the manufacturer's anchoring and wind-use instructions and the property's safety procedure.
Make daily operation practical
Staff need to open, close, clean and store units safely. Ask about replacement canopies and components before standardizing one model across multiple areas.
